David Yetman has over 31 years of experience in the Real Estate industry and is the Owner, Broker, & a REALTOR® at Century 21 All Points. Before becoming a REALTOR®, David earned his BCOMM with the FICB designation and worked as an Area Manager with the Royal Bank of Canada. David made the switch to Real Estate and found his calling.
A career in Real Estate has put David in control of his own destiny and has been able to achieve many professional accomplishments including the 20 Year Centurion. David prides himself on always being responsive and trustworthy with his clients. He takes special care of his client relationships and has been asked by past clients to find a "David" in the town their son was moving to.
When he's not in the office, David likes staying up to date on all the latest tech gadgets, sailing, and enjoying delicious meals with his wife.
Born and raised in Corner Brook, Newfoundland, Chris decided to join the Canadian Navy at the age of 17. He did his Naval training in Cornwallis, Nova Scotia and Esquimalt, BC. Chris was posted in Halifax serving six years on HMCS Margaree and HMCS Halifax. Upon leaving the Navy he became an advisor for Sun Life Financial working three years under his father, John. After these three years Chris decided to move on to another career of self-employment and opened a Century 21 franchise.
Running and managing the office from the beginning taught him that hard work and perseverance has made him a stronger person. After 12 years of Real Estate in Newfoundland, Chris along with his family, Lisa, MacKenzie, and Avery, decided to make the move to Halifax. Loving the real estate business for what it was he decided to transfer his license so that he could continue his passion for serving clients in their desire to purchase a family home
Shanea MacIsaac was born & raised in a small town in Cape Breton. She moved to Halifax at 18 and while she did not intend to stay for long, she fell in love with the city and everything it has to offer from the vast history to the beautiful coastal views. She has settled into life in HRM over the last 12 years but Cape Breton will always be home.
Before getting started in Real Estate, Shanea worked in corrections and although she is new to the Real Estate industry she believes that her past experience has helped her achieve her dream job! The thing she loves most about this industry is getting to be a part of one of the biggest transactions in her clients' lives and helping them through every step of the process to make their dream a reality.
When she's not in the office, one of her favourite things to do is get out for a hike. There are so many hidden gems in Nova Scotia and Shanea loves crossing them off her little bucket list whenever she can. Shanea is excited for this chapter of her life as a REALTOR® and can't wait to see where it takes her!
Ashley has almost 10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. He moved to Halifax in early 2020 with his family from Toronto. He still holds his license in Ontario but has found his new home with Century 21 All Points in Halifax.
Before his career in Real Estate, Ashely studied Marketing at George Brown and worked in Telecommunications. Once he made the shift to Real Estate he found joy in helping clients in their search for their perfect home. He understands that clients are people first and loves being part of a First Time Home Buyers’ journey.
When he’s not working, Ashley enjoys playing hockey, softball, volleyball, most outdoor sports, and of course, spending time with his beautiful wife and daughters
Lyndsay was born in Toronto, Ontario but was raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia for most of her life except for a few short years spent in Sterling, Virginia while her mother worked with the Canadian Embassy. After graduating High School (Halifax West Alum - Go Warriors!), Lyndsay pursued a career as a Paralegal. She attended Nova Scotia Community College and obtained her Certificate in Paralegal Studies in 2008. She spent the following ten years as a Paralegal with her role primarily based around family and property law.
After leaving the Paralegal industry, Lyndsay took on the Client Care Coordinator role with Century 21 All Points where she furthered her love for Real Estate and heard her calling to become a REALTOR®. Lyndsay’s favourite part of the real estate industry is getting to meet new people and really establishing a working relationship with those that she meets; one that lasts far beyond the real estate transaction. She enjoys getting to know those that she works with on a personal and professional level. Having worked from all sides of a real estate transaction such as, being a home buyer, to carrying out the paperwork on the legal end, to working in the backend of a real estate brokerage and now to working in the forefront of one, Lyndsay has a well rounded background to make sure you are well taken care of.
Leveraging all of the skills she gained through her extensive experience is just a part of what Lyndsay does. She knows what needs to be done and gets it done with a smile. Working in the legal and real estate industries has prepared her to work tremendously under pressure and strict deadlines. Lyndsay is an asset to have on your side! Lyndsay is a mother to three beautiful children and wife to a loving and supportive husband.
When Lyndsay is not helping buyers and sellers navigate this crazy real estate market, you can find her running around town bringing her kids to various sporting events or combing through design magazines to find inspiration for her next home improvement. Lyndsay a budding plant mom and aspires to become a sommelier sometime in the near future!
